Untitled 14.01 Prints
This image stems from the work, Untitled 14.01, I created in 2014. The piece was made using latex house paint salvaged from hazardous waste drop off facilities, acrylic medium and mounted on a custom baltic birch plywood.
The giclee is printed on Canson Rag Photographique 310, a brilliant white, 100% cotton rag, with a warm tint and an extra-smooth, matte finish with a very understated texture.
The framed editions are a ultra-HD quality print behind matte acrylic mounted in an elegant, minimalist Slimline Case. The aluminum Slimline Frame is an all-round fantastic finishing touch for an acrylic glass photo print. The frame is 1mm wide adding a clearly defined elegance without consuming the piece. Thanks to the shallow depth of the frame, Slimline does not align exactly with the acrylic, leaving the artwork to protrude 1.5mm out of the frame for a stunning effect: light reflecting in the acrylic, creating a more dynamic image.
The lightweight and shatterproof acrylic glass enhances the features of this photo print. The glossy acrylic glass brings out the luminosity of the colors and provides an additional sense of depth. The matte acrylic glass subtly accents the colour and depth while also preventing reflections.
A silicone seal is used to protect the print. The frame has an aluminum diabond backing is the perfect stable, lightweight backing preventing light from shining through as well as protecting the piece from getting damaged or bending. Includes pre=installed aluminum rails for hanging.
